How to solve the problem of LED display black screen

In control system used in the process, we occasionally meet the LED display, the phenomenon of the black screen.The same kind of phenomenon may be caused by different reasons, even display blackening process will vary due to different operation or due to the different environment.Such as it may be a moment of electricity is black, may also be black in the loading process, also can be in after sending black and so on.You may refer to encounter this kind of phenomenon, please note the following aspects to judge "failure":

1.   Please make sure all hardware, including control system, is all right to electricity.(+ 5 v, don't pick up the, wrong)

2.   Check and double-check the serial port of the used to connect to the controller for loose or falls off phenomenon.(if the black in the loading process, probably because the reason is caused, namely in the process of communication was interrupted because of loose communication line, so the screen black. Don't think the screen body didn't move, line can not be loose, please to check, it is important for you want to quickly solve the problem.)

3.   Check and confirm the connection of LED display screen and the distribution of the HUB board connected to the master card is close connections, whether against

4.    Please check and confirm the connection between EQ control card and distribution HUB board 50 core wire for loose or plugged into the phenomenon

5.   If you display interface definition and the HUB board provided does not match will appear black screen phenomenon, please check if there's any loose for your jumper again, open circuit or short circuit phenomenon. If you think that has put the ABCD signals such as one-to-one correspondence, please check the OE signal is connected correctly.(it is strongly recommended that the use and display interface definition matching HUB distribution board)
